The busy young family of this Saratoga property was seeking to add a versatile, multipurpose office space to their existing home. Initially considering a traditional home addition, they ultimately opted for a more budget-friendly and space-efficient alternative: a pre-built studio shed ADU. Next Stage Design was selected to assemble the unit and create the necessary infrastructure to seamlessly integrate the studio shed into their backyard.

To transform the existing landscape, our team began by removing the existing pergola and meticulously preparing the area for a concrete slab foundation. Next Stage Design’s skilled production team then took charge of assembling the studio shed ADU structure, ensuring every detail was perfect. This included installing insulation, flooring, trim, siding, and doors to create a comfortable and aesthetically pleasing space. The unit came pre-wired for electrical needs, and our team expertly connected it to the main house’s power supply, ensuring the studio shed was fully functional.
