I joined Next Stage with an interiors and custom cabinetry background and enjoy collaborating with a quality design and production team to establish budget, scope of work, and timelines that truly change the way people enjoy their space.
Clients are my main focus. When my clients are happy I’m happy. Remodels require several layers coming together seamlessly. Within those layers I focus on setting correct expectations, meeting budget goals, and forecasting and preventing any potential issues.
In my free time I enjoy being outdoors with my beautiful wife and two sons.

My passions outside of work include animal welfare, environmental stewardship, hiking, contemplative time in nature, and engaging with any and every dog that crosses my path.
I have always enjoyed being creative, especially art and design but it wasn’t until I purchased my first home in the Bay Area that I realized I had a passion for remodeling. Owning a home in this area isn’t always easy. You have be creative and more importantly know who you can to trust to guide you to make a home your own. That is what brought me to Next Stage Design-Build. I wanted to work for a company that cared for its employees, worked well as a team and would do anything to make sure the client is happy and the job is done right. I am proud to be a project designer at Next Stage and look forward to helping you.
For fun, I like to tour historic homes, shop for vintage items, watch movies and spend time with my family.

I am new to Next Stage Design + Build, but not new to Interior Design. For over 10 years, I have worked in new construction, hospitality and residential remodeling industry. Most of my work has been focused in the Bay Area and I have also completed projects in Sacramento, Napa Valley and Canada. Several of my high-end residential projects have won awards, broken real estate records and have been published on Curbed and in SF Gate. My extensive experience as a project manager has prepared me with the high level of competence required to execute successful renovations.
Outside of work, my passion is spending time with my family and traveling to new places.
I have earned an architectural degree from the University of Santo Tomas in Manila, Philippines, and obtained my license to practice architecture. Upon relocating to the United States, I gained valuable experience collaborating with architectural firms through designing and building offices in New York and San Francisco. Later in the county of San Francisco Bay Area, I collaborated with various contractors and a licensed architect on residential and commercial tenant improvement projects. With years of experience under my belt. My confident and direct approach ensures streamlined permit submissions and effective resolution of city comments.
Today, I’m passionate about blending creativity with strategic problem-solving to create spaces that are as functional as they are beautiful. I believe our surroundings have a profound impact on how we feel, and my goal is to bring balance, intention, and holistic design to every project. I recognize that trusting someone with personal spaces is a privilege and a responsibility I never take lightly.
I have been in the trades and have held a Class B contractors license with the state for over 20 years. I have worked on small projects and complete home rebuilds and everything in between both in a management capacity and hands-on.
I enjoy working on small projects at home, camping, dual-sport motorcycle riding, boating and food and fun with family and friends. I always have something going on!
Moving from New York to California at a young age, I started my building career shortly after high school. Learning the craft of home building , mainly custom framing, from a variety of construction companies in Silicon Valley. I started my career with Next Stage Design in 2006 as a home remodeling specialist working on countless remodeling projects small and large, then eventually moving into a management position. Over the past 14 years, it has been a pleasure to work with some of the most talented sales people, designers, craftsman, and trade partners in the remodeling industry.
In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my wife, two children, and countless pets, hiking, cooking, and traveling.
I started in construction in 2002. I have experience in multiple trades including commercial and residential. I really like carpentry. In my spare time you can find me making custom furniture for my home. My favorite part about construction is seeing a beautiful finished project. I really enjoy how knowledgeable my coworkers are and being able to get their insight on a different way to solve a problem.
Quality craftsmanship is at the core of every project we perform whether it is a small repair or an extensive remodel. It all begins with our production team. Their focus on detail and desire for excellence is superb. Most of our team members have been remodeling Santa Clara County homes for more than 15 years. Their passion for home renovation doesn’t end with the craft. They also understand how to manage the process to create happy clients on every project. Much of our production team holds highly regarded industry certifications including the Certified Lead Carpenter (CLC) designation from the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI). And every member of the field team is background checked and substance tested so you can feel confident inviting them into your home.
I bring a diverse background in marketing and event management to Next Stage Design. Throughout my professional journey, I have discovered immense satisfaction in witnessing projects come to life, appreciating the significance of every step along the way. In my earlier years, I gained valuable experience in the construction industry, working on various remodeling projects. This environment has become a place where I feel particularly at ease and confident.
During my leisure time, I find solace in exploring the breathtaking landscapes of California, accompanied by my two beloved dogs and my partner. Additionally, I have a keen interest in the culinary arts and aspire to pursue an education in pastry someday.
At Next Stage Design, I truly enjoy bringing a talented team of remodeling professionals, designers, and craftspeople together to help our clients create great spaces at home for their lives and families. Every day brings new challenges to make the whole experience simpler and easier for our busy homeowners while finding, growing, and keeping the best talent in the valley to make it all happen. In the end, it’s more about people than about projects. If we take care of all the people involved, the projects will come.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my two very busy adult children and with close friends, while squeezing in time for sports, plays, movies, and music, for some as a participant as well as avid fan.

I joined Next Stage with a corporate real estate and financial services background. My experience in the commercial real estate field solidified my passion for working within the real estate development industry which led me to design + build. I enjoy applying my financial and project management expertise to identifying and mitigating project risks. I love guiding clients through a process where creativity, affordability, and craftmanship are at the forefront of creating homes so out of this world you will question how they can exist so beautifully within it.
In my free time I love exploring the outdoors and finding incredible places to watch sunrises & sunsets – from hiking new trails to camping, hammocking, and backpacking.
I have been around the Home Improvement/Remodeling business for over 30 years in San Jose both as a carpenter and in management and I have loved every minute of it. There is nothing better than seeing the project go from concept drawings to a completed space with custom features. Watching the clients light up in their new space is what keeps most of us in this industry going and looking to be better. Always improving. I believe the more complex the project is, the more fun it is to work on, I love a good challenge.
In my off time, I enjoy spending time with my wife of over 20 years attending local concerts and festivals. We have two children in college and we couldn’t be more proud of them. In my down time, I keep my mechanical skills sharp by working on classic cars and fixing up our home. I also follow the San Jose Sharks.
Remodeling has always been a part of my life. When I was growing up, my mom bought houses, fixed them up, and sold them. My siblings and I would pitch in and help with things like demo and painting. To this day, I love all aspects of remodeling and have remodeled my own home several times. I’m very hands-on in everything I do.
I come from a very diverse work background, I’ve done everything from working on a farm and operating forklifts to being a waitress and working at tech firms. At Next Stage Design, I love the camaraderie with the people I work with, the company philosophy, and our work.
